ET&S Strategic Communications

During COVID-19, University System of New Hampshire (USNH) leaders needed increased data and analysis to support revised business processes, monitor financial impacts and help plan for reopening in fall 2020.

Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) responded by partnering with its clients to provide accurate data on how to move forward and provide metrics to track progress and analyze the impact of COVID-19. Many units realized the impact of this work, including USNH payroll, USNH Human Resources, the UNH Office of the Registrar, the USNH Board of Trustees and the UNH Office of the Provost.

In addition, ET&S developed and distributed two student surveys related to COVID-19. ET&S designed the first survey as a brief check-in with UNH students to gauge how things were going with remote learning and the pandemic itself. ET&S sent the second survey to all USNH students to seek input on the effectiveness of remote learning, which services were used by students, what went well or what could be improved.
