Student Employment Opportunities

The UNH Research Computing Center is a great place to gain valuable, real world experience while working on campus. Applications are accepted at any time and you can contact us at rcc.support@unh.edu.  We work with your schedule for all positions. Starting pay is $14/hr.

Requirements

Applicants must be highly motivated first or second year undergraduate students with career interests in any of our career tracks (listed above). No experience is necessary or required; applicants must have a desire to learn and work both independently and as a member of a team. Due to the nature of the work, first or second year students who will also be available to work during summer break are preferred, but it is not necessary.

Scholarship for RCC Student Employees

The National Prime Users Group (NPUG) Endowed Scholarship provides meritorious scholarship support to undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. Recipients must demonstrate academic achievement and preference is given to Research Computing Center student employees. Awards are renewable, and may be made to more than one recipient each year.  Information on how to apply for the scholarship through CEPS is located here.
