Legitimate - Action Required: OneDrive Storage Optimization

Hello NAME,

We're reaching out because Microsoft is updating storage allocations in our contract, and we need your assistance with reducing your OneDrive footprint as part of USNH’s data reduction initiative.

USNH standard quota: 100GB

Items to Remove or Relocate:

  • Family photos/videos, personal music/books, phone backups
  • Non-work-related personal files
  • Duplicates, temporary files, outdated documents
  • Large non-essential items (installers, exports, backups)

Important: Please move personal files to personal storage solutions (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or personal OneDrive). Do not transfer non-university data to SharePoint or Teams, as this doesn't reduce our overall Microsoft 365 storage footprint.
