In Case You Missed It
Important OneDrive Data Retention Information
To Know: As a reminder, your USNH OneDrive for work or school account is not intended as the primary source for storing large amounts of department owned data. OneDrive does not retain permanency and is subject to automated deletion retention policies after your association with USNH ends.

If you are a collaborator in a OneDrive folder or file that belongs to a departing individual, you will also lose access to that data unless it is moved to SharePoint or into a folder you own.

To Do: Review Shared content in your OneDrive account :

  • Sign into OneDrive on the web using your USNH credentials at https://portal.office.com/OneDrive.
  • Review your ‘My Files’, ‘People’ and ‘Shared’ tabs for any content shared with you that is owned by someone you know to be formerly associated with USNH. Move files you wish to keep to SharePoint or to a folder you own.

Review The Canvas documentation on How to Use the Syllabus as an instructor. Attend a training or office hours session on Canvas.

Some important updates include:

  • The primary toolbar now includes a Tools icon that serves as the launch point for the Timer (new) and Reactions (coming soon).
  • iClicker’s Timer offers a convenient and versatile way to manage timed classroom activities. The Timer window floats over all other applications, making it easy to display the remaining time to your class.
