This week's Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing focuses on next week's Cybersecurity Awareness Month events. 

Each October, the University of New Hampshire recognizes Cybersecurity Awareness Month and offers free training and awareness events for students, faculty, and staff. This year, Enterprise Technology & Services Cybersecurity will present 12 different sessions. For every session you attend, you will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an iPad Mini or one of five Amazon gift cards.

Splunk will offer an engaging capture-the-flag-style security event that utilizes Splunk Enterprise in conjunction with Splunk Enterprise Security. This event is for individuals who have used Splunk and would like to utilize its capabilities to assist in threat hunting within a fun and safe virtual environment where Splunk will help detect threats.
