In March 2022, ET&S launched the Navigate Student mobile app at Keene State College, a new resource for KSC students that delivers academic support resources and information to help students be successful academically.
Navigate allows students to schedule appointments and find the support they need. For new students, Navigate provides important information such as office locations and hours, including step-by-step directions to find different campus offices and services. Students can also access their class schedules, find advisors, and stay on track with important academic-focused tasks, including orientation onboarding steps for incoming students.
ET&S worked with KSC leadership to set a goal to have at least 85% of incoming Fall 2022 students download and engage in the mobile app functionality.
This mobile app launch marks the second USNH campus at which ET&S successfully partnered with institution leadership to launch the Navigate Student app.
