Greetings-

One or more of your devices are aged, at-risk, and out-of-warranty, which poses a security risk to the University System of New Hampshire.

Your current device(s) listed below is/are at risk and identified for immediate replacement (listed as models and serial number).

Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) has a new Windows or Mac laptop (16GB RAM, 512 SSD hard drive, with either 13” or 14” screen) to replace your current university-issued computer at no cost to your department. If you require a desktop, let us know so we can pass the laptop to the next recipient by emailing laptop.replacement@usnh.edu.

Please schedule an appointment with a Desktop Support tech to deliver your new laptop and pick up your old device and the power adapter. We scheduled an event next week on Wednesday, April 20, and Thursday, April 21 for this transfer to occur. Please use the Bookings site (listed below) to schedule your appointment. If you are not available on these days, please choose another option on the Bookings site.

Here is the Bookings sitehttps://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ETSEnterpriseDesktopManageme…

Things to know:

  • We must complete delivery no later than Saturday, May 21. If you are unable to take possession until after Saturday, May 21, please contact us at laptop.replacement@usnh.edu
  • ET&S will hold your old device(s) for 30 days to ensure you have the data you need. After that period, we will securely wipe the data from your old device and dispose of it through our approved vendor.
