This week’s Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing contains new information, Microsoft training opportunities, and a couple of reminders.

New: Change to USNH Microsoft 365 Login Page

To Know: Over the next several months, various applications and services will integrate with Microsoft 365 in new ways. In many cases, you can sign into these applications with your username and password. In support of this development, starting on Friday, April 15, the USNH Microsoft 365 login page will be titled "University System of New Hampshire" instead of "Microsoft 365 Login." No technical changes will occur at this time, only the text on the login page.

To Do: No action is required.

Reminder: New Telephones Coming to KSC

To Know: Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) will complete an upgrade to the USNH phone system to comply with modern standards, merge all USNH institutions into the same platform, and improve the way we communicate with students, colleagues, and other customers. After this work is complete, KSC will be part of the USNH phone system. This work will allow for five-digit intercampus dialing, the ability to share resources such as call center coverage across campuses and add redundancy and resilience across all USNH.

To Do: Stay tuned for information on user training for the new telephone sets and voicemail.
