Greetings-

The University System of New Hampshire received a generous grant to replace aged, at-risk, out-of-warranty devices. Enterprise Technology & Services identified your current device(s) as being eligible for replacement based on age.

Here is the device eligible for replacement:

Things to know:

  • The replacement computers are laptops. If you require a desktop, please <URL removed> so that we may pass the laptop to the next recipient. We anticipate there will be future grants that are expected to include desktop models, although timing is currently undetermined.
  • You must return the device listed above and accompanying power adapter at pick up.
  • Important! The device listed above will be securely wiped and disposed of by our approved vendor. Please ensure you have saved any locally stored items on your device to a secure cloud storage in either OneDrive or Box prior to pick up.

We have been asked to complete delivery no later than March 30, 2022. If you are unable to take possession until after March 30, please let us know and we will reschedule you for the next round.

We understand you may be more comfortable reaching out directly to your assigned support tech. However, due to the large volume of requests for laptops, we would greatly appreciate it if you would complete a support request found here: <URL removed>. For the Request Title/Summary field, please enter “GOPHERR laptop distribution” and provide your availability. One of our technicians will reach out to schedule pick up.

Thank you,
