SMS Magic is a Salesforce add-on that allows Undergraduate Admissions and Graduate School staff to communicate directly with prospective students via text, either one-on-one or via mass texts.
SMS Magic released a new version of its application, which features an improved user interface and new features. In November 2019, Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) worked with vendors and UNH power users to test and deploy the latest version of SMS Magic. Along with the new features, ET&S hopes to increase user adoption with this product release.
