Dear Members of the Student Community,

We are writing to remind you about an important UNH survey we sent you earlier this week.  We would be grateful if you could find the time to share your experiences with us regarding your spring semester using the survey link below.  Thank you in advance for your feedback.

At the start of our spring semester, none of us expected to finish this term remotely, and we thank you all for your diligence and patience as we navigated this new model of course delivery. Because the shift from face-to-face to remote learning was sudden, some of the new ways of teaching and learning worked well, while others posed challenges. As we look forward to the next academic year, and the challenges that COVID-19 will continue to present, we must provide a student life and academic experience that will serve all of our students.

We thank you for responding to the recent survey you were sent, as it helped us to respond to issues for the completion of the spring semester. Today we are asking for your participation once again. Your input will be essential as we model the next academic year.  You and your peers from Keene State College and Plymouth State University are being asked to complete this survey to help us understand what tools, processes and formats will serve you best.

<SURVEY LINK HERE>

We will ask you questions about

  • your recent experiences with academic technology
  • your opinions about the distance learning approaches used in your courses
  • your experiences with student services
  • your plans for Fall 2020

Your responses will provide valuable direction for making our future courses, academic programs, and student services better and more accessible.

Your opinions matter—and we are listening! Please be as open and honest as possible.  Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential. The survey should only take about 10 minutes. Please finish NO LATER THAN 10:00 p.m. on May 15, in order for your responses to be included.  You can complete this survey by clicking the link above.

Thanks very much for your help and patience as we navigate this unprecedented time.

Sincerely,
