A. Implementation of the Student Trustee Election Law

  1. Campus Representation. Student Trustees shall be elected in accordance with the representation requirements set forth in RSA 187-A:13. 
  2. Candidates. Any full-time matriculated undergraduate or graduate student who meets the representation requirements set forth in institutional procedure and RSA 187-A:13 shall be eligible for consideration as a Student Trustee.
  3. Voting. All full-time matriculated undergraduate and graduate students shall be eligible to vote for student trustee at the institution in which they are enrolled.
  4. Election Procedures. Each institution shall establish procedures for the election of its Student Trustee.
