A. Implementation of the Student Trustee Election Law
- Campus Representation. Student Trustees shall be elected in accordance with the representation requirements set forth in RSA 187-A:13.
- Candidates. Any full-time matriculated undergraduate or graduate student who meets the representation requirements set forth in institutional procedure and RSA 187-A:13 shall be eligible for consideration as a Student Trustee.
- Voting. All full-time matriculated undergraduate and graduate students shall be eligible to vote for student trustee at the institution in which they are enrolled.
- Election Procedures. Each institution shall establish procedures for the election of its Student Trustee.
