2.1 The Board of Trustees authorizes the Chancellor, in consultation with the Administrative Board, to establish equal opportunity policies that comply with State and Federal law. See USY.V.C. for the Discrimination Policy.

3Equal Employment Opportunity Officers

3.1   Each component institution shall designate an individual(s) as Equal Employment Opportunity officer(s). Responsibilities include grievance resolution, training and professional development to ensure equal employment opportunities.
