Improved Delivery of HR Services

For the past several months, a cross-functional team, sourced from all campuses, has been involved in a process improvement of our service model. The first phase of the EHRM is our new HR Shared Services team which will include services related to general benefits and leave questions, recruiting and onboarding and processing employee status changes.

Utilization of the shared service team will begin in July with a pilot at UNH and support of limited workflows from PSU and eventually rolled out system-wide. This page will serve as your go-to resources for all updates and information related to this project.
