Important Information for Cigna HSA Account holders
As previously announced, starting January 1, 2026, Fidelity Investments® will be your new health savings account (HSA) provider. During open enrollment, from Monday, November 3, to Friday, November 14, 2025, you can choose to enroll in the Fidelity HSA®. If you enroll in the Fidelity HSA®, you can participate in a one-time group transfer to move your HSA balance from HSA Bank to Fidelity at no cost to you. This is optional, but it may simplify your account management to have your health care savings all in one place. Visit www.myfidelitysite.com/USNHHSA to learn more.
