Welcome to the Office of Partnerships and Shared Services Initiatives
The Office of Partnerships and Shared Services Initiatives seeks to identify and implement plans to improve efficiency, generate cost savings, build capacity, and increase resources available to the campuses through shared services. The Office’s continuing goal is to enable the University System of New Hampshire to achieve operating efficiencies and effectiveness across the enterprise, and to serve as a model for best practices. USNH remains dedicated to the concepts of shared campus governance, flexibility and enhanced customer service. Key shared services projects include the Online Enrollment Center and shared information technology planning and system development.
The Associate Vice Chancellor also serves as the contact for strategic external partnerships, including the K-12 school system and the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH). Key partnership programs include Dual Admission program (www.dualnh.com), CCSNH-USNH pathway and transfer articulation programs, and STEAM Ahead New Hampshire (www.steamaheadnh.com).
The program evaluation of Manchester High School West’s STEAM Ahead program reveals a number of positive impacts for participating students. The research was conducted by Dr. Lisa Speropolous from the University of New Hampshire, Department of Sociology, during the 2015-2016 academic school year.
