Enterprise Technology & Services FY21 Annual Report
Since the IT transformation was formalized in August 2020, ET&S consolidated the USNH IT workforce, established defined technology and cybersecurity services, and began the standardization of service delivery across the university system. These efforts enabled each institution to leverage the depth of IT expertise; increase access to curated data; improve the collective cybersecurity posture of our academic, business, and research operations; improve the spin-up time of new capabilities for emerging needs; and reduce the overall costs to support enterprise services. The ET&S FY21 report reflects this team's achievements over the last year.
