Voluntary Benefits: Helping Emplyees Achieve Financial Wellness

  • Coverage for the employee, their spouse, and/or eligible dependent children may be purchased
  • Coverage may be purchased in $10,000 increments from $20,000 to $500,000 for the employee and/or spouse
  • If the employee and/or spouse are covered under Voluntary Term Life Insurance, Dependent Life coverage is available to children age 6 months to 19 years or if a full-time student up to the age of 25
    • Coverage $5,000 or $10,000

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Voluntary AD&D insurance provides a lump sum payment if death or dismemberment of the insured is the direct result of an accident.

  • AD&D coverage may be purchased in units of $50,000, with maximum coverage of $150,000
  • For enrollment, contact your Campus Human Resources Office
  • Coverage is portable
