Non-Exempt Earned Time Program
A paid time off program that combines vacation, personal, sick, short term military, maternity, and bereavement leave into one accrual rate.
- Eligibility: Non-exempt employees who are employed in a status position of at least 75% time
- Earned Time is accrued on the basis of hours worked and years of service with USNH
- Earned Time may be used any time after being earned, including during the staff member’s introductory period
- Minimum usage requirement
- No maximum accumulation
- Payout at termination
