Non-Exempt Earned Time Program

A paid time off program that combines vacation, personal, sick, short term military, maternity, and bereavement leave into one accrual rate.

  • Eligibility: Non-exempt employees who are employed in a status position of at least 75% time
  • Earned Time is accrued on the basis of hours worked and years of service with USNH
  • Earned Time may be used any time after being earned, including during the staff member’s introductory period
  • Minimum usage requirement
  • No maximum accumulation
  • Payout at termination
