USNH System Office OS/PAT Council
The USNH System Office OS/PAT Council represents operating, professional, administrative, and technical staff employed by the USNH System Office. The council serves in an informational advisory capacity to the System Office on matters of concern to the System Personnel Policy Council (SPPC) and its constituents. These matters include topics such as rights and responsibilities of exempt/nonexempt staff, salaries, benefits, and other policies and procedures relating to employment within USNH.
In addition, the OS/PAT Council is responsible for administrating the USNH System Office Staff Professional Development Grant program. Professional Development Grants are available to provide monetary support for USNH employees wishing to attend qualified conferences, workshops, seminars, and other job-enhancing initiatives.
