APPENDIX 6.   Signatory Authority of USNH Treasurer and Secretary

a.   The Board of Trustees authorizes the Treasurer of the University System of New Hampshire to execute all contracts, leases, grants, deeds, negotiable instruments, and any other legal documents whatsoever on behalf of the USNH and each of its component institutions.

b.   The Board of Trustees authorizes the Secretary of the University System of New Hampshire to hold and maintain the seal, minute books, and official records of the USNH and its component institutions and to issue certificates with respect to those minute books and official records and to affix the seal to such certificates.
