I. Educational Exchange Programs

1. Authorization and Approval

1.1 Each USNH institution is hereby authorized to enter into educational exchange program agreements with other institutions of higher education. Each USNH institution shall designate an appropriate administrator to approve the establishment and oversee the administration of all such programs and to sign on behalf of the institution the documents necessary to protect the educational, financial, and legal interests of the institution.

2. Reporting

2.1 Every three years each USNH institution shall report to the Audit and Academic Affairs Committees on the existence and operation of educational exchange programs. Such report shall include a list of programs, an overview of related institutional policies, and any other information the committees may request.
