The Affordable College Effort

The University System of New Hampshire’s Affordable College Effort (ACE) can assist New Hampshire residents attending a USNH college or university full time within one year after graduating from high school and for which the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is less than $1000. During the freshman and sophomore years, eligible students incur no loan debt for standard tuition, fees, room, and board.

College affordability is a major concern for those who pay the bills as well as for those who worry that the cost is a barrier to going to college.  Lowering this barrier is one of the top concerns of the University System of New Hampshire, which recent launched the Affordable College Effort (ACE) to help address this.
