Nancy Puglisi, USNH Director of Organizational Wellness, will be presenting at the 2007 CUPA's National Conference in Baltimore.

Nancy's program will highlight Twenty-Five Years of Wellness at the University System of New Hampshire. Those participating in Nancy's session will learn how the University System of New Hampshire promotes wellness in the workplace by implementing a multifaceted approach to improving individual and organizational health. The University System of New Hampshire instituted an employee health promotion program that includes alternative and complementary healing modalities, an employee assistance program (EAP) and organizational wellness.

The theme of the CUPA-HR National Conference and Expo 2007 is "Evolution to Revolution!" During the many educational sessions, the participants will hear bold ideas for managing organizational transformation, addressing skyrocketing benefit costs, and competing for top-rate talent. In addition, participants can also look forward to conversations about HR metrics, the impact of language, and strategies for building a culture of inclusion.

Members of the USNH Human Resources Advisory Council (HRPAC, includes HR representation from each institution) will also be attending the CUPA-HR National Conference.
