Life Line Screenings:
Your Cost: $50
April 2008
The Life Line screening consists of three noninvasive, painless tests that scan your entire body to detect risk factors for stroke, aneurysms, and heart disease. The three tests cost a total of $109 per person. However, because USNH recognizes the importance of this information to your continued well-being. ELF (Embrace Life Fully program) will pay more than half the total cost -- $59 – resulting in a cost of $50 for you. This screening and discount are also available to your spouse or USNH benefits-eligible domestic partner.
Note: If you are enrolled in a health care flexible spending account, you can receive reimbursement for your portion of the cost of this screening. For more information, visit www.wageworks.com
