Operating Staff (OS)

Operating Staff is a category of employment that includes clerical and secretarial, crafts, and certain technical, service and maintenance employees. Individuals so employed are paid an hourly rate of pay in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act non-exempt provisions.
