Classification and Compensation at USNH
The USNH compensation program includes a comprehensive benefits program and a salary program designed to provide equitable salary and salary structures. Salary rates are determined according to each staff member's job responsibilities and the effort required to perform the job as well as relevant education and experience, in accordance with the University System's salary structure and salary guidelines.
