  1. Where can I go in BANNER to find out if a BANNER position has a person assigned to it?

1. Where can I go in BANNER to find out if a BANNER position has a person assigned to it?

The Position Incumbent List Form [NBIPINC] provides incumbent information. Be sure you use an appropriate query date.

 

2. How do you remove an “in process” NWAPBAD transaction?  It was started in error and is not needed.

To delete an NWAPBAD entry, access the position on [NWAPBAD]. The transaction will default in.  Change a value on the transaction and exit. When prompted to save, click “No”.

 

3. Can I use PBAD the way I use the Budget Development adjustment screen, where I can, if I choose, put in a % change to a line, rather than a flat dollar adjustment amount?

The Position Budget Adjustment Form [NWAPBAD] requires a flat dollar value in the Target Position and Source Potion Ajust amount fields
